Account use

Accounts are personal. Users must keep their information current and protect their access methods.

The platform may restrict an account in response to abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited use.

Appointments, services, and payments

The platform facilitates appointment requests and management between customers, professionals, and businesses. Each provider is responsible for the service they offer.

Prices, cancellation conditions, and availability must be disclosed before each transaction is confirmed.

Payment processing

Payments made within the platform are processed by Mercado Pago, a payment service provider (PSP) registered with the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA). Mercado Pago processes the charge and applies its own terms of use and privacy policy, available at mercadopago.com.ar.

In addition to the amount corresponding to the business or professional, the platform charges its own service fee on each payment, which is shown itemized before confirming payment.

Operational communications

We may send messages required to authenticate accounts and manage appointments, payments, confirmations, cancellations, and security notices.

Promotional communications are optional and can be disabled from My profile.

Service scope

The platform organizes information and appointments, but does not replace professional evaluation, care, or responsibility.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we will request renewed acceptance before continued platform use.
